| What should I bring with me when I come to SupperWorks? |
Wear comfortable shoes - you’ll be on your feet while
you prepare your meals. We’ll lend you an apron, but you
should still wear clothes that wash easily. Spills happen! You’ll
also need boxes, laundry baskets or coolers to transport your meals home. We recommend
coolers, particularly in hot weather or if you have a long drive.

What if I just can’t squeeze in the 2 hours
for a session?

We’ll gladly prepare the meals for you to pick up (add
$40 for 12 entrees, $35 for 9 entrees or $25 for 6 entrees).

| Do I have to follow the recipes exactly? |
No. We’ve pre-portioned the meats, but, other than that,
go ahead and double up the garlic, omit the onions, cut back
on the salt, add an extra sprinkle of cheese. It’s your
dinner, make it the way you and your family like it. Remember
though, we’ve tested the recipes “as is” and
can’t vouch for the results should you decide to triple
the hot sauce!

| Where do you get your recipes? |
Our recipes are developed by our chef and are then tested
and re-tested in our own kitchens.

| Can I bring a helper to my session? |
Yes, you can bring in one helper. In the interest of safety,
efficiency, and the relaxation and enjoyment of all of our customers,
we ask that your helper be 12 or older. For children aged 5-11 years, we offer special “Bring Your Child Sessions.” Participating locations only. Please check your local on-line calendar for availability, dates and times.

| What if I have to cancel my session? |
Please call us immediately! We would be happy to reschedule,
or issue a gift certificate, or give you a full refund if you
cancel at least 4 days before your session. With less
than 4 days notice, we’ll already be purchasing your
groceries so we can’t give you a refund, but we can prepare
your entrees for you so that you can pick them up (add $40 for
12 entrees, $35 for 9 entrees or $25 for 6 entrees).

| How many of any one entree can I make? |
So that every one gets their turn at each station, we limit
you to a maximum of 2 of any one entree during your session.
If you simply must have more of a certain entree (perhaps you’re
feeding a crowd) please CONTACT US to make special arrangements.

| How much space will I need in my freezer? |
Generally about 2 shelves in a standard-sized, upright kitchen
refrigerator-freezer.

| How should I thaw my entrees? |
We recommend defrosting in the refrigerator. Our full-sized
entrees can take 2 days to thaw in the fridge. Half portions
take one day. Remember to cook the entrees within 2 days of defrosting.

| I'm confused about the proper internal temperatures
for cooking food safely. Can you help me?
|
According to current food safety guidelines, the minimum internal
cooking temperatures are as follows: Fish 158F/70C; Pork 160F/71C;
Whole Poultry 180F/82C; Ground Poultry or Poultry Pieces 160F/74C;
all other Ground Meats 160F/71C. A probe-style meat thermometer
will easily give you these readings.

| What about side dishes? |
Our SupperWorks Sides are the perfectly easy accompaniment for your delicious SupperWorks entrees. We prepare them for you, so they’re ready for you to order on-line or to pick up at your session. Also, with the cooking instructions for each SupperWorks entree, we include suggestions for side dishes that you can prepare at home.

| I’ve never particularly enjoyed cooking. What makes
this different? |
At SupperWorks, we “weed out” the less enjoyable
aspects of cooking- like meal planning, frantic shopping trips,
washing, peeling, chopping, the “after-work-what-should-we-have-for-dinner” dilemma,
and most of the mess. We “add in” some music, camaraderie,
helpful staff who clean up after you, the satisfaction of preparing
delicious and nutritious meals, and the time to enjoy them with
friends and family. We take the work out of supper. That’s
what makes us different.

| What types of payment do you accept? |
If you elect to pay online or in advance, you receive a $5.00 discount! On-line, we accept VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. If you elect to pay at the store, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Debit, and cash.
